How much storage do I get for free?

Every account starts with 5 GB. You can upgrade to Plus for 1 TB at any time.

Can I share a folder with someone who does not have an account?

Yes. Create a shared link and choose whether people can view or download. You can add a password and an expiry date.

How do I recover a deleted file?

Open the bin from the sidebar. Deleted files stay there for 30 days before they are removed permanently.

What is the maximum file size?

Individual files can be up to 50 GB in the desktop apps and 5 GB in the browser.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Plan and choose Cancel. Your files stay available on the free plan.
